Ann McCain has successfully managed teams and individuals for 25 years by focusing on what all employees crave: high quality and realizable communication that builds trust, laying the foundation for high-performing teams. She brings this know-how to leaders, managers, and teams looking to improve performance, satisfaction, and drive growth.

Ann’s professional experience began on Capitol Hill working for Members of Congress and on a presidential campaign in the politically influential state of New Hampshire. In 2015, she launched McCain Strategies, a consulting firm offering communications and management strategies for the workplace, including helping individuals and organizations successfully navigate the multigenerational workplace.
